Celebrate Winter Waters

Winter Waters is a Pacific Northwest festival that was created to celebrate sea vegetables as an ingredient. Winter Waters also has a spotlight focus on the culinary excellence in Cannon Beach!

Each year Winter Waters works with chefs and taste-makers to bring awareness to regenerative seafood, with an emphasis on farmed sea vegetables including wakame, kombu, sea lettuce, and dulse.
